How long will the transaction
take? Sale/Purchase - an average
conveyancing transaction will usually take
between 6-8 weeks from the time your Conveyancer
receives your instruction to completion.
However, if you are involved in a chain
this can slow the process down, as the
whole chain can only move as fast as the
slowest link.
Remortgage - the Conveyancer will undertake to complete your remortgage within 10 working days on receipt of the original mortgage offer. However this timescale will be dependent on a number of factors, which we can discuss with you at the time of instruction.
