What are the advantages of using Solent Property Lawyers over a local solicitor?

How long will the transaction take?
Sale/Purchase - an average conveyancing transaction will usually take between 6-8 weeks from the time your Conveyancer receives your instruction to completion. However, if you are involved in a chain this can slow the process down, as the whole chain can only move as fast as the slowest link.

Remortgage - the Conveyancer will undertake to complete your remortgage within 10 working days on receipt of the original mortgage offer. However this timescale will be dependent on a number of factors, which we can discuss with you at the time of instruction.
How can I contact the person dealing with my case?
We will provide you with the direct dial, fax and email address of your case handler once we have received your instruction. We will also provide you with regular updates in a format most suitable to you.
